1. Appointments & Arrival Etiquette

To fully enjoy your treatment time and complete your initial aroma consultation, we request that you arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment duration to avoid delaying subsequent guests.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change in Dhaka. We kindly request at least 2 hours advance notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, allowing us to offer the suite slot to other guests.

3. Health & Medical Disclosures

Please inform your therapist and reception of any medical conditions, pregnancy, high blood pressure, recent surgeries, or skin allergies prior to treatment so we can adjust our techniques and essential oils safely.

4. Payment & Pricing

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payment is settled at our reception upon completion of your service via Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, bKash, or Nagad.
